Mr. Sumit A. Bamhore is an alumnus of Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur from its maiden batch of LL.M. He holds the specialization in Corporate and Commercial Laws. Prior to joining Maharashtra National Law University as an Assistant Professor of Law, he was associated with the University as a Research Associate from the year 2018. He is also a registered Ph.D. Scholar at Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur.
Mr. Jagdish W. Khobragade is an Assistant Professor of Law Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur. Prior to joining MNLU, Nagpur, he was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Law, Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidhyalaya, (A Central University) Sagar,(M.P.) for more than 7 years. He has completed B.A. LL.B, (5 years course) from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Law (Main Branch), RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur in 2007. He was enrolled as an advocate at Bar Council of Goa and Maharashtra in 2007. He did LL.M. in 2010 from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
Prof. Ashwini Kelkar is an Assistant Professor of Law at Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur. She is a scholar from the second batch of Ph.D. Programme of the University. She pursued LL.M. (Business Laws) from National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal after completing B.A.LL.B. from New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune in the year 2017. She has qualified UGC-NET with Junior -Research Fellowship (JRF) Award in the year 2018. Her areas of interest include Family Law, Constitutional Law and Business Laws.
Ms. Ila Sudame is the Centre Coordinator for Centre for Shaastric Studies and Research in Law (CSSRL). She pursued her degree in Bachelor of Laws and Masters in Law with specialization in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University. She had actively worked in the setting up of this University as a Special Invitee of the then Infrastructure Development Monitoring Committee. She is pursuing her Ph.D in “Perceptual Witness Misidentification: An Inquiry into the Legal Epistemics Based on Shaastric and Forensic Parameters” at the Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur.
